Motion approved 11/19/2006:
Move that the pastorate appoint a committee to recommend at the Spring 2007 business
meeting a master plan for the near term and long term renovation of our entire facility.
Specifically, the committee shall:
- develop a plan that includes indoor and outdoor repairs, as well as upgrades and
modifications to meet the current needs of the congregation and to provide greater
capabilities to host community events.
- be made up of individuals representative of the entire congregation to maximize the
consideration of different viewpoints.
- be authorized to expend up to $1000 from the auction held on 11/18/06 to obtain
input from professional consultants.
