Mission

We proclaim the Love and life of Jesus Christ by recognizing the worth of every person as a creation of God.

We embrace others and witness of God's Love, in both our Congregation and Community, through relational ministry, spiritual healing, worship and fellowship.

We are living testimonies of God's Love by dedicating ourselves and our resources to this mission.

Announcements

1/1/2023: COVID-19 is still here. Masks are not required in-person, but if you are experiencing any symptoms, we ask that you do wear a mask to protect those most vulnerable.

Sunday School:

We are offering intergenerational activities 3 Sundays a month (1st-3rd).
Usually, but not always, it is:
  • 1st Sunday - A bible story activity. We read the bible story and talk about it while working on a group craft that can stay at the church or take home.
  • 2nd Sunday- Mission activity.
  • 3rd Sunday - Flexible. Possibly a guided meditation from the web or reviewing the enduring principles in action. Perhaps a campfire sing-along.
  • 4th Sunday – No Sunday School at Laurel as this is the 100% virtual mission center-wide service.
Additionally, we have Self-serve Sunday School for those that don't want to participate in our activity

Worship Services:

We conduct our worship services on-line in addition to in-person on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 5th Sundays of each month

4th Sunday of each month is a 100% virtual service hosted by the Chesapeake Bay USA Mission Center. Email us for the Zoom link for this service.

Join us on-line for worship, Sunday mornings at 11:00am EST!
