To meet the needs of families and individuals in the Walkersville, Woodsboro and surrounding Glade Valley area of Frederick County, MD. through the coordination of donations of time, talent, money and other resources.

Friendship Place- Washington DC

Friendship Place is a leader in Washington, DC, in developing solutions to homelessness that have demonstrable results and a lasting impact. Our innovative, customized, person-focused programs empower participants to rebuild their lives, find homes, get jobs and reconnect with friends, family and the community, permanently.  Our goal is to end homelessness in Washington, DC, and to lead the way in modeling how this can be done in other parts of the country.

Caritas- Chester/Richmond, VA

United by our compassion, we help our most vulnerable neighbors break the cycles of homelessness and addiction to reclaim their dignity. We provide long lasting solutions that bring stability to individuals and families and that strengthen our community.

Camp Opportunity

Camp Opportunity of Maryland provides a week long sleep-away summer camp for at risk children from the Baltimore metropolitan area. Each child receives his or her own counselor for the week at camp.
